Residential Renovation
Kate Jackson came to the rescue when we needed a new contractor to complete the residential portion of a multi-phase commercial project. Kate’s expertise brought fresh eyes on overlooked details of the architect’s plans and took the project to the finish line. During the process Kate uncovered many unfortunate errors, but she gracefully guided us through their corrections, while also executing the completion of the work she was hired to oversee. Our project was located several hours outside of Kate’s home base but she expertly managed the work of her subcontractors and performed site visits as often as required. She negotiated new subcontractors and communicated clearly with all so that the work stayed on track even when unexpected discoveries arose.
