Let’s Work Together

We could not be happier with the work Tekton did for us. Kate, Troy and Team helped us transform our unfinished basement into a modern, cozy space that we now use everyday. We asked for a lot, and Tekton delivered - a second living space, built in sleeping spaces for 4 guests, full bathroom, sauna, workout room, custom craft room, custom closet design, all with room for ski tuning/storage/utility area. Truly a custom design created to meet our unique needs. From design planning through punch list, Tekton delivered. Kate and Troy were patient when we struggled to agree on aesthetics and added an interior designer into the mix. Team Tekton smoothly pivoted to work with the designer. Troy understood our vision and thought outside the box to utilize every inch of accessible space using his wonderful carpentry skills. One of my favorite parts of our collaboration was witnessing the creative solutions Troy proposed to problem solve. Team Tekton was most respectful of our home and daily schedule, keeping the workspace tidy and clean at the end of every day. Subs all did wonderful work, including painters who returned to ensure a perfect finish.

The end result was superior craftsmanship, customization and a truly beautiful space that certainly does not feel like a basement!
